Exchange/Return Policy

We understand that it may happen that an order might not fit you the way you desired it to be as we do utilize Bias Cuts in some of our pieces.

In this case, we do offer size exchanges if reported to us within 48 hours of the parcel being shown as “delivered.”

We also offer store credit if you wish to exchange the garment with another style. You can place a new order and redeem it, once the store credit is received in your account.

Steps for exchange:

1. To be eligible for a size exchange, your item must be unused, and in the same condition in which you received it.

2. The exchange must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the products and it should reach us within 10 DAYS of the same.

3. To raise a size exchange request, mail us at hello@tnnd-out.com

4. The subject line of the mail should contain ‘EXCHANGE-NAME-ORDER NUMBER’

5. Also, mention whether you’d want a size exchange or store credit.

6. Once mail is sent, ship the product to our warehouse (124, Ground Floor, Shahpurjat, New Delhi, 110049) with your name and order number written on it.

7. Allow us 24-28 hours to confirm the size exchange. Once we receive the parcel and confirm the quality check, the exchanged piece will be shipped back to you. However, please note that we will only ship the exchanges parcel once. Post that, an additional cost of Rs. 100 apply (standard delivery).

Please note that exchange is dependent upon the fact whether there is stock present of the desired size. If not, store credit will be offered to you.

Please note that all shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE.

There are no size exchanges offered against international orders.

Damage/Order Issues

We regret that you had to face such an issue and we are keen to fix the problem!

In the rare event of receiving a wrong/faulty product. Please reach out to us on our email address - hello@tnnd-out.com immediately with photos/videos confirming the issue i.e. within 24 hours of it being shown “delivered.” however the sooner it is reported, the better.

We will make sure of the collection of the wrong/faulty item and offer you a store credit or an exchange for the same garment.

Allow us 24-48 hours to address all mails/dms.

Store credit/exchange will be processed within 2-4 business days of receiving and checking your returned garment.
